First results of NextNet project presented on 20-21 of June in Santarem, Portugal by Ana Cristina Barros from INESC Technology and Science – Associate Laboratory at #SCMConference.
The main topic of the Supply Chain Management Conference 2018 (SCM Conference) was “To bring together and to connect the 4.0 world to the Supply Chain”
Ana Barros opened the conference “Supply Chains Scenarios for 2030″, and presented the project along with six scenarios based on the trends of the industrial supply chains of the future, considering political, economical, social, technological, legal and environmental dimensions.
During the paralell sessions, NextNet project were represented in one of them during two days and was leaded by INESC TEC:
Consequences of the scenarios in 2030 in the supply chain strategy, focused on the NEXT-NET project and promoted by Ana Barros and Pedro Senna from CESE, Kerley Pires from LIAAD and Vasco Amorim from CITE.
